Under $80 within the U.S. shipping rates are typically $7-$9.50 based on weight of your order and where you live. For international orders please see rates at checkout.

When your order ships

Most orders leave us within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

Why your order might arrive in more than one box

We ship from two places: our Los Angeles store and our Tennessee warehouse. Some of our brands ship directly to you themselves. If your order includes items from more than one of those, it'll arrive in separate boxes, sometimes a day or two apart. You'll get tracking for each one, and nothing is missing. The rest is on its way.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package leaves us it's in the carrier's hands, but we'll always help you chase it. Email help@offe.market and we'll file a claim on your behalf.

Carrier claims are capped at $100 per package, or $200 if you added Delivery Guarantee at checkout. Anything above that can't be recovered from the carrier, so on a larger order we'd genuinely recommend adding it. It's a couple of dollars and it doubles what's protected.

$10 returns within the U.S. within 14 days of purchase, $15 for shoes.
