Our live streams are equal parts shopping event, style session, and group chat. We're looking for a charismatic host who can turn scrolling into shopping and first-time viewers into loyal customers. This is not traditional home shopping television — it's fast-paced, interactive, entertaining, and deeply rooted in internet culture.

Host live shopping streams

• Lead TikTok Live sessions of 3–4 hours, 3–4x per week
• Showcase new arrivals, explain product features, and style items on camera
• Maintain energy, engagement, and momentum throughout each stream

Drive sales and conversion

• Create excitement around limited inventory and exclusive offers
• Use TikTok Live features like flash deals, countdowns, and product pins
• Encourage viewers to act while keeping the experience authentic and entertaining

Build community and brand expertise

• Answer sizing, fit, and product questions in real time, and recognize repeat viewers
• Learn the stories behind the brands we carry and confidently explain quality, value, fit, and styling
• Help customers understand why a $180 dress at $49 is worth grabbing before it's gone

Collaborate with the team

• Work closely with off-camera teammates managing inventory, fulfillment, and stream operations
• Give feedback on products, audience behavior, and stream performance
• Join short-form content — hauls, try-ons, BTS clips, and promos — and help build anticipation for drops and live events

• Naturally entertaining — you can command attention and keep viewers engaged for hours
• Quick on your feet — you can find a compelling angle for a product within seconds
• Fashion-savvy — you understand brands, trends, fabrics, and fit
• A strong communicator — you can explain products clearly while reading a fast-moving chat
• Comfortable on camera and resilient — trolls, technical hiccups, and curveballs don't rattle you
• Deeply online, in a good way — you get TikTok culture and internet-native entertainment
• Comfortable standing and on camera for extended periods, and available some evenings and weekends when live shopping audiences are most active
• Bonus: TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or Poshmark Live experience; retail sales, personal styling, or merchandising; content creation or influencer marketing

As a Warehouse Associate you're at the center of everything that moves through our building — receiving product from our brand partners, getting customer orders out the door, and keeping our inventory accurate so the site reflects what we actually have on the shelf.

What you'll do

• Receive inbound inventory from brand partners: unload, verify against packing lists, and flag discrepancies or damages
• Ticket, sort, and put away incoming product so it's easy to find and pull
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Keep inventory correct through cycle counts, audits, and prompt system updates
• Process customer returns and get sellable product back into stock quickly
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Pitch in on special projects — brand launches, photo pulls, and seasonal volume pushes

What we're looking for

• Detail-oriented — you notice when a count is off
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and communicative; you show up and flag issues early
• Basic comfort with computers, scanners, or inventory software (we'll train you on our systems)
• Warehouse, fulfillment, retail stockroom, or 3PL experience is a plus, not a requirement
